What Raves does

Raves helps your business ask customers for Google reviews: by email, with one reminder, and with a printable QR card. Customers write their reviews on Google. Raves doesn’t write, change or post reviews.

Your account

• Give accurate information about your business, and keep access to your email and Google account secure.
• Each account is for one business location.
• You’re responsible for what happens in your account.

Free trial and payment

• Your first 30 days are free. You don’t need a card to start.
• After that, Raves costs $29 a month per location, billed monthly, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• You can cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for. We don’t refund partial months.
• If we change the price, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you.

Using Raves fairly

You agree to:

• Only add people who are actually your customers.
• Follow the email and privacy laws that apply to your business.
• Follow Google’s review rules: ask every customer the same way, never offer rewards or discounts for reviews, and never post or buy fake reviews.
• Not use Raves to send spam, or for anything illegal or harmful.

If an account breaks these rules, we may pause or close it. Where we can, we’ll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

Your information

Your business information and customer lists belong to you. You allow us to use them only to run Raves for you. Our privacy policy explains how we handle them.

No guarantees about reviews

We work hard to make Raves useful, but we can’t promise a particular number of reviews or a particular rating. Customers decide whether to leave a review, and Google decides which reviews appear.

The service

We aim to keep Raves running smoothly and to fix problems quickly. Raves is provided “as is”: we can’t guarantee it will always be available or free of errors.

Limits on our responsibility

As far as the law allows, Raves isn’t responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost business, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Ending your account

You can stop using Raves and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms, or if we stop offering Raves. If we stop offering Raves, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we’ll update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we’ll email you before it takes effect.
